72nd ANNUAL NASAP CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

This is the premier event for student affairs professionals at HBCUs and institutions that serve minority populations in diverse settings.

You don’t want to miss this incredible opportunity to hear from experienced higher education professionals, discover strategies to improve student success on your campus, and network, learn, and share with other talented, dynamic, ambitious, and enthusiastic student and academic affairs professionals from around the country.

Registration Fees/Deadlines/Guidelines

• Registration: October 1, 2025 – February 6, 2026

• Registration Cancellation Deadline: January 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. – send cancellations to dmalcom@claflin.edu
• Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable after January 9, 2026. Requests for refunds prior to this time must be submitted in writing and emailed to dmalcom@claflin.edu.  The deadline to submit a request to transfer your registration to another individual is February 6, 2026. Please note that membership can not be transferred.  Transfer of registration can only take place in the same category in which the registration was submitted and paid.

• Call for Proposal Submission: October 1, 2025 – December 7, 2025

• If you would like to join or renew your membership, please complete the Membership Form Here to activate your membership. Membership must be renewed annually to remain current. NASAP membership is March 1 – February 28.

• To register as a student, registrants must be a full-time graduate or undergraduate student who is not employed full time. Proof of full-time enrollment and No Full-time Employment to include an official letter or form from your university registrar’s office is required to be uploaded with your registration. Please submit all official documents prior to registering or during the registration process. Student registration submitted without proper documentation will be processed at the professional member or non-member rate.

• Please note that photographs will be taken during the 72nd Annual NASAP Conference, February 16 – 19, 2026, in Charlotte, NC, to be used on the organization’s website, marketing materials, etc. As a registrant or participate attending the conference, you are giving us permission to use any photographs you may be included in.

• Student – $350.00
