70th ANNUAL NASAP CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Registration Fees/Deadlines/Guidelines

  • Registration: November 13, 2023 – March 8, 2024

  • Registration Cancellation Deadline: January 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. – send cancellations to dmalcom@claflin.edu
  • Call for Proposal Submission: November 13, 2023 – February 2, 2024

  • If you would like to join or renew your membership, please complete the Membership Form Here to activate your membership. Membership must be renewed annually to remain current. NASAP membership is March 1 – February 28.
  • Cancellation Policy: No registration fees will be refunded on or after January 31, 2024. Requests for refunds prior to this time must be submitted in writing and emailed to dmalcom@claflin.edu.  The deadline to submit a request to transfer your registration to another individual is March 15, 2024. Please note that membership can not be transferred.  Transfer of registration can only take place in the same category in which the registration was submitted and paid.
  • To register as a student, registrants must be a full-time graduate or undergraduate student who is not employed full time. Proof of full-time enrollment and No Full-time Employment to include an official letter or form from your university registrar’s office is required to be uploaded with your registration. Please submit all official documents prior to registering or during the registration process. Student registration submitted without proper documentation will be processed at the professional member or non-member rate.
  • Please note that photographs will be taken during the 70th Annual NASAP Conference, March 25 – 28, 2024, in Washington, DC to be used on the organization’s website, marketing materials, etc. As a registrant or participate attending the conference, you are giving us permission to use any photographs you may be included in.
