funding to assist in producing the various programs of the Organization. Our
programs consist of four (4) distinct elements. They include:
The professional development program of the organization is intended to provide
African American Student Affairs Professionals with research based training
experiences. The Black Greek Letter Summit, the Student Leadership conference,
the Affiliate Leadership Summit, and the Annual Conference are components of this
system.
•Research & Development
The research program of the organization produces projects that identify practices
and programs which demonstrate excellence in student development. The
Organization periodically publishes monographs, the NASAP Journal, the NASAP
Focus Newsletter, special issue papers and research reports.
•Communications
The Organization is seeking to update its desktop publishing and audio-visual
production capacities.
•Scholarship/Grants
The Organization provides scholarships to promising and community minded
college student leaders .
Without Corporate Partnerships, NASAP could not offer as many wonderful and
exciting professional development opportunities. We appreciate the support of our
partnerships and look to continue the positive relationships that have been
established in recent years.
