Rider University seeks an Assistant Dean of Students who, reporting to the Associate Dean of Students
on Rider's Princeton campus, will have responsibilities in the areas of student government advising,
Orientation, student activities, leadership development and Family Weekend. The Assistant Dean will
assist the Associate Dean of Students in the management of other aspects of the student affairs operation
at Westminster including responding to crisis situations and student behavioral matters in the absence
of the Associate Dean of Students and serving as campus on call staff or crisis manager.

Masters degree in counseling, student personnel, or related field along with experience in student
personnel and/or residence life is required. Individual must also possess excellent organizational,
interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience with the administration of student activities,
student government advisement and orientation preferred.
