Arkansas Baptist College is now accepting applications for a Vice President of Academic Affairs.
Under the direction of the College President, the Vice President of Academic Affairs is the chief
academic officer. The Vice President is responsible for providing leadership and direction for all
academic programs. The Vice President will assist with the strategic planning, development, and
implementation of goals related to educational objectives of the college. Minimum qualifications
include an earned Doctorate or appropriate terminal degree from accredited institution; demonstrated
record of teaching, scholarship and service equivalent to a full professor; successful leadership
experience in academic planning and academic initiatives; and the ability to communicate with
diverse internal and external constituents. Applicants should submit a letter of interest, curriculum
