Associate Provost for Student Success

The search for an Associate Provost for Student Success a the University of New Orleans is
now underway.

The University of New Orleans (UNO) seeks a dynamic, experienced, result-oriented leader
to join and head its division of Enrollment Management. The newly created position of
Associate Provost for Student Success will report to the Provost and Vice Chancellor for
Academic and Student Affairs and will oversee the newly created Student Success Center
and the Offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Affairs, Registrar and the functions
of new student orientation, first year experience and student tracking.

- Candidates must have experience in the development and implementation of recruitment
and retention strategies, as well as predictive modeling and forecasting practices.

- The ideal candidate will have at least six years of leadership experience in enrollment
management and student success functions.

- The person should be data-driven in decision making with demonstrated success in achieving
enrollment and net tuition revenue goals. Proven leadership in a collaborative environment is essential.

- Master's degree is required, Ph.D. preferred.
