Arkansas Baptist College invites nominations for the Dean of Arts and Sciences.
The Dean is responsible for providing administrative leadership, management,
and coordination of policies related to the Department of Arts and Sciences.
The dean will oversee and evaluate course curriculum and ensure that the academic
programs support the college's mission. Minimum qualifications are an earned
doctorate or appropriate terminal degree from an accredited institution; successful
leadership experience in academic planning and initiatives, and the ability to work
effectively with faculty, staff, and students; Interested parties should submit a letter
