Applications are being accepted for the position of Dean of Religious Studies and Christian
Leadership at Arkansas Baptist College. Under the direction of the College President, the
Dean of Religious Studies and Christian Leadership is responsible for restructuring and
improving current curricula, conducting spiritual workshops on/off campus and serving
the religious community in an outreach capacity. Minimum qualifications include
Doctorate or appropriate terminal degree from an accredited institution, ability to
communicate with diverse internal and external constituents, familiarity with the history
and theology of religious movements, and strong multi-tasking, organizational, and
analytical skills.
